How to Place an Order

Online access to contract ordering information is available through GSA Advantage! at http://www.gsaadvantage.gov. You can view our TAPS 736 Schedule here GS07F-0508U. Orders utilizing our GSA schedule can be placed using the GSA Advantage! website. Or, you can call our team at (202) 783-5411 to expedite the procurement. 

Also, you may submit an order with Beacon Group by simply completing our Place an Order form or calling us at (202) 783-5411. You may also inquire via e-mail, if you prefer, at federalgov@BeaconGroupLLC.com. Generally, the most pertinent information needed is:

  • Skill requirement
  • Length of assignment
  • Security clearance requirement
  • Starting date and time
  • Worksite location
  • Supervisor’s name & contact information
  • Contracted dollar amount

The typical order process followed by Beacon Group is:

  • Budget for requirement approved by agency
  • Statement of Work (SOW) forwarded to Beacon Group 
  • Beacon Group matches SOW with DOL Wage Determination skill categories 
  • We submit candidates for agency consideration
  • Agency approves candidate
  • Agency provides contract or Purchase Order to Beacon Group 
  • Beacon Group assigns employee to agency
  • Quality control & on-going performance evaluation by Beacon Group
  • Weekly timesheet approval by client agency
  • Invoices based upon pre-negotiated frequency. Backup documentation includes client approved timesheets
  • Maintenance field visit or follow-up with COTR/Program Manager
