How are your candidates interviewed and screened?
Beacon Group tests the candidate’s software knowledge and skills and abilities to make sure they are qualified for the position.  We have a library of over 850 specific skills tests which we use to match our candidates KSA’s to the position. During the interview, Staffing Coordinator’s takes into careful consideration whether the candidate will be a good match for the potential position, and a thorough background check is then conducted. If the position requires a Security Clearance, please contact our Facility Security Officer at FSO@beacongroupllc.com
What happens after the candidate is placed?
Beacon Group follows up to ensure you are satisfied with our services. The staffing coordinator will call the supervisor to monitor the arrival and quality of work of the placed employee, and will maintain ongoing e-mail correspondence with clients, and check employee performance through performance evaluations. Whenever possible, our company representatives visit employees on-site and monitor performance in person.
