How does the Beacon Group Refer a Friend program work? Quite simple! Just complete the “Refer a Friend” form. Your friend is entered into our database and you are identified as the referring member. Your friend will receive an email from us letting them know you thought they are the quality individual we would like to work with, and invite them to register with Beacon and take advantage of the great opportunities we have for top performers. Once your friend registers and submits their resume, our recruiters will do the rest. There is no limit to how much you can earn, or to the number of friends you may refer.
